"Incompetent staff, always on mobile phones, accusing normal customers of stealin"

Just went in to cash in a scratch-card that my mum had won on, and the guy serving ( that is on his mobile phone constantly taking no note of customers ) stood up and tried to accuse me of stealing beers when I went in last ( I've not been for a month and don't even drink ). Maybe if he wasn't always looking down his phone he'd know who actually stole stuff. Stock is going missing due to his own incompetence and rather than just check cctv, he accuses normal customers.
